How to access UAP Timberland's Calendar (TE-Calendar)

Open Microsoft Outlook

Click on Public Folders

Click on TE-Calendar

Click on the date that you wish to make an appointment.

Right click on the time of day that you like to place the appointment.

Choose New Appointment.

Fill the information as follows:

Subject: Place your name follow by a colon(:) , then type a brief description of your meeting.

Location: This will be printed in parenthesis. 

    Example: (Monticello)

Start/End Time: Choose the appointment time or click on All day event if out town.

Click on Save and Close to finish.
